- Reservations require a mandatory credit card guarantee or 100% advance at the time of confirmation.
- Reservations may be cancelled as per the cancellation policy mentioned on our website.
- Until reserved, the above rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests can be considered at an additional charge, subject to availability of rooms.
- Children above 12 years are considered as adults.
- Changes to the dates of stay, the number of guests per room, or the number of rooms confirmed will be subject to the current pricing, which may be different than previously confirmed rates.
- As per the Government of India norms, all occupants of the rooms are requested to carry and produce a valid photo ID at the time of check-in. Accepted ID proofs are as follows:
– For Indian Nationals – Drivers License, Passport, Voter ID or Aadhaar Card
– For International Guests – Passport
- All Rooms are on Double Occupancy basis. A maximum of 1 additional child of above 5 years or 1 adult will be accommodated in the room on a chargeable basis.
Extra Person
- Children below 5 years can stay in the room with their parents, free of charge.
- Children between 6-11 years will be charged Rs. 1500 + GST.
- Adults (12 years and above) will be charged Rs. 2500 + GST.

Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel your hotel booking due to avoidable/unavoidable reasons, kindly inform The Empire Resort in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date on which we receive the email/letter. These charges are detailed below:
- If a booking is modified/cancelled 10 days before arrival, the booking amount shall be refunded after deducting the administrative charges.
- If a booking is modified/cancelled 7 days before the arrival date, the first night’s retention fee shall be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled on or before 6 days of the arrival date, 100% of the retention fee shall be charged.
- In case of a no-show, 100% of the retention fee shall be charged.
- During the peak period, no refund will be initiated and 100% cancellation charges apply.
